Our award winning team then work expertly and diligently through out the day grading, weighing, scaling, gutting, filleting and then carefully packing with extra care to give the best possible service to our customers.

Our vans leave Flying Fish and head out on route round the country, five days a week, 52 weeks a year giving our customers a ready and limitless supply of freshly caught Cornish fish.

After years and years of trial and error we’ve got this down to an exact science and a fine art.
